Nethan Guest House is situated in the heart of St Andrews and is only a few minutes walk from the famous 'Old Course' and also within walking distance of various restaurants & bars and The University of St Andrews buildings. Also nearby is The West Sands Beach, The British Golf Museum and The Royal & Ancient Golf Club.
Leuchars railway station is 4 miles away, and there is a bus station in the centre of St. Andrews which is five minutes walk from us. Edinburgh Airport is 1 hour 15 minutes & Glasgow Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes and Dundee Airport is 20 minutes by car.
Our Rooms
We have a variety of different room types available ranging from Doubles, Twins and Family Rooms. A ground floor room is also available.
All rooms are en-suite with large showers, heated towel rails and hairdryers. Tea & Coffee making facilities are available in every guest room along with a silent running fridge.

Tariff
Rates from £55.00 per person per night, depending on season, based on 2 persons sharing a twin/double en-suite room and length of stay. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Rates may vary depending on availability and special events and season.
Payments are accepted by Debit/Credit Cards. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made by telephone but must always be confirmed in writing by letter or email. Preferably by the person who made the booking.
Any deposits paid at the time of the booking are non-refundable.
No charge will be made if your cancellation is made 30 days or more before the start date of your booking, only your deposit is forfeited. If your cancellation is made less than 7 days notice, you will be charged for the first night less any deposit paid. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the arrival date, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Failure to turn up for a booking will result in you being charged for the first night less any deposit.
Credit/Debit Card details are requested at the time of the booking and are for the purpose of either paying a deposit or for securing the booking. Our request for personal details are for our use and are used in respect to making and guaranteeing your booking and are not passed onto any 3rd party.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice

Bookings for 2019/2020 will not be available during the Covid-19

one on either the 'New' or 'Jubilee',

Also includes catering vouchers to be redeemed at the Links or Eden Clubhouses.
